Set up MetaMask and connect to ACTFUN on Arc Testnet

Add Arc Testnet to MetaMask manually, connect your wallet to actfun.xyz, and claim free ARC from the faucet before mining or trading on ACTFUN. Also ACTFUN is supporting dynamic wallet connect !

ACTFUN runs on Arc Testnet, a network you need to add manually to MetaMask before you can interact with the app. This guide walks you through adding the network, connecting your wallet on actfun.xyz , and funding it with testnet ARC.

ACTFUN currently supports MetaMask only. Browser extension wallets that inject a generic window.ethereum provider may work, but are not officially supported. Mobile wallets and WalletConnect are not available.

Add Arc Testnet to MetaMask

1. Open MetaMask and go to network settings

   Click the network selector at the top of the MetaMask popup (it usually shows Ethereum Mainnet). Then click Add network at the bottom of the list.

2. Switch to manual entry

   On the Add a network screen, click Add a network manually to open the custom network form.

3. Fill in the Arc Testnet details

   Enter the following values exactly:

   Field	Value
   Network name	Arc Testnet
   New RPC URL	https://rpc.testnet.arc.network
   Chain ID	5042002
   Currency symbol	ARC
   Block explorer URL	https://testnet.arcscan.app

4. Save and switch

   Click Save. MetaMask will prompt you to switch to Arc Testnet — click Switch to Arc Testnet to confirm.

Connect to ACTFUN

1. Open the app

   Navigate to actfun.xyz  in the same browser where MetaMask is installed.

2. Click Connect Wallet

   Click the Connect Wallet button in the top-right corner of the page. MetaMask will open and ask you to select an account.

3. Approve the connection

   Select the account you want to use and click Connect. The button in the app will update to show your shortened wallet address, confirming you’re connected.

4. Confirm you're on Arc Testnet

   If MetaMask is on the wrong network, the app will show a warning. Switch to Arc Testnet in MetaMask to dismiss it.

Get ARC from the faucet

Every transaction on Arc Testnet mining, trading, deploying a token costs a small amount of ARC for gas. Use the faucet to get free testnet ARC.

1. Go to the faucet

   Open faucet.testnet.arc.network.

2. Enter your wallet address

   Paste your wallet address into the input field. You can copy it from MetaMask by clicking your account name.

3. Request ARC

   Click the Request (or Drip) button. The faucet will send testnet ARC to your wallet within a few seconds.

4. Confirm receipt

   Open MetaMask and check your balance. You should see ARC in your account. If you need more, wait for the faucet’s cooldown period and request again.

Every action on ACTFUN mining a token, buying, selling, launching, or claiming a refund requires ARC to pay for gas, plus any mining fee set by the token creator. Keep a comfortable ARC balance in your wallet so transactions don’t fail unexpectedly.
